三种根管消毒药物的临床疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较氢氧化钙碘甘油糊剂、氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂和传统的甲醛甲酚作为根管消毒剂在治疗急慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法选择180例根尖周炎病例经根管预备后随机分为实验组(氢氧化钙碘甘油糊剂组)和两组对照组(氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂组、甲醛甲酚组),对封药后患牙疗效比较,并进行统计学分析。结果氢氧化钙碘甘油糊剂组的显效率为85.0%,氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂组的显效率为53.4%,甲醛甲酚组的显效率为40.0%,实验组与两组对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氢氧化钙碘甘油糊剂是一种高效、广谱的抗菌药物,具有良好的生物学特性,作为根管消毒药,能很好改善临床症状,减轻患者根管治疗期间的疼痛,且操作方便,值得临床推广应用。Objective To compare the clinical effects of calcium hydroxide plus iodine glycerin paste , calcium hydroxide iodoform paste and traditional intracanal medicaments formoeresol used for root canal medication on acute and chronic periapical periodontitis. Methods One hundred and eighty pa- tients with periapical periodontitis were randomly divided into three groups after receiving root canal preparation treatment. The experimental group used calcium hydroxide plus iodine glycerin paste as the seal--off medicine, and for comparison the other two groups used calcium hydroxide iodoform paste and formocresol, respectively. The clinical effects of each group were evaluated and the statistical analyses were carried out. Results This study showed that the group using calcium hydroxide plus iodine glycerin paste was 85.0%significantly effective, while for the group using the calcium hydroxide iodoform paste the significant effectiveness was 53.4% and it was 40.0% for the group using the formocresol. There was a statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the other two groups for comparison （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The results indicate that the calcium hydroxide plus iodine glycer- in paste has the most effective antimierobial capability and good bioeompatibility. As a relatively easy-- to--apply medicine for root canal disinfection, it can improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms and reduce the pain caused during the medical treatment, which, as an effective approach, is worth popularized in clinical practice.
