摘 要:目的探索机体运动后糖原合成激素环境的变化以及补糖和补刺五加的干预效应,为补糖和刺五加促进运动后肌糖原恢复提供理论依据。方法 128只SD大鼠进行1周游泳训练,同时分别补充刺五加皂甙[500 mg/(kg.d)]、葡萄糖[6 g/(kg.d)]或生理盐水。随后进行糖原消耗运动,并于运动前后的不同时间点(运动前、运动后即刻、后4 h、后12 h)提取样本,测定血清胰岛素(insulin,INS)、胰高血糖素(glucagon,GL)水平和胰岛素受体-1(insu-lin receptor-1,IR-1)蛋白量。结果①补糖可以明显升高运动后大鼠的INS(U/mL)水平(24.50±2.46 vs19.15±1.56),同时补充刺五加有协同效应(24.59±3.88 vs19.15±1.56),而且这种效应一直持续至运动后12 h(29.67±3.26 vs 22.86±2.32)。②大鼠运动后GL(ng/L)水平明显升高(367.86±18.54 vs 221.76±22.28),运动后补充刺五加明显降低GL水平(328.62±20.10vs367.86±18.54)。③补糖对IR-1的蛋白量没有明显影响,而补充刺五加明显上调各时间点IR-1的蛋白量。结论补糖可以升高运动后INS水平,但是对IR-1蛋白含量的影响较小;补药对INS的影响较小,但升高了IR的蛋白含量。补药和补糖都降低了运动后血清GL的水平,两者同时补充的效果更好。Objective The purpose of this study was to explore the change of hormone on glycogen recovery after exercise and the effect of glucose and/or aeanthopanacis senticosi supplement. It is also meant to provide a theoretic gist of promoting the recovery of muscle glycogen synthesis by glucose and/or acanthopanacis senticosi supplement. Methods 128 SD rat were processed swimming train and supplemented glucose and/or acanthopanacis sentieosi or physiological saline solution in a week. Subsequently, all rats completed glycogen depletion exercise (combined with high intensity/short time exercise and endurance/long time exercise). All rats should be killed after glycogen depletion exercise (before exercise,0h,4h and 12h after exercise, respectively). The value of serum insulin, insulin receptor - 1 and glucagons were analyzed. Result shows as follow:①The value of INS(U/mL) of Glucose supplement groups was higher than the others(24.50 ± 2.46 vs 19.15 ± 1.56) and had synergy effect with acanthopanacis senticosi supplement(24.59 ± 3.88 vs 19.15 ± 1.56), this effect lasted to 12h after exercise (29.67 ± 3.26 vs 22.86 ± 2.32). ②The level of GL (ng/L) was elevated after exercise (367.86 ± 18.54 vs 221.76 ±22.28 ) and been bufered by acanthopanacis senticosi supplement( 328.62 ± 20.10 vs 367.86 ± 18.54 ).③ There were obvious effect on the protein value by acanthopanacis senticosi supplement but not glucose. Conclutions Glucose supplement could elevate the serum insulin level without effect on the insulin receptor. Acanthopanacis senticosi had little effect on the serum insulin level but could raise the content of insulin receptor. Both Glucose supplement and acanthopanacis senticosi supplement could cut the level of serum glucagons and the preferably effect should emerge if glucose and acanthopanacis senticosi were supplied at the same time.
