摘　　要：基于图书馆建设与信息资源的公平利用内在联系,探讨了图书馆建设误区对信息资源的公平利用潜在的不利影响,提出了相应对策,指出了确保信息资源的公平利用对图书馆持续发展的重要意义。Based on the internal relation between library construction and fair utilization of information resources, this paper probes into the potential adverse impact of misunderstanding of library construction on the fair utilization of information resources, puts forward some corresponding countermeasures, and points out the significance of ensuring the fair utilization of information resources to sustainable development of library.
