摘 要:目的 :探讨尼莫通对急性脑缺血再灌流保护作用机制。方法 ;采用家兔四动脉闭塞脑缺血灌流动物模型 ,检测脑缺血再灌流前后血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)变化及脑组织H2O、Na+ 、K+ 、Ca+ + 含量 ;同时进行了55例脑梗塞患者分组对照。结果 :再灌流后尼莫通组与其它组相比MDA下降、SOD升高均显著。结论 :尼莫通通过阻止Ca+ + 内流抑制脂质过氧化损伤 。Objective:To study protective mechanism of Nimotop from injury of cerebral ischmia_reperfusion.Method:A model of cerebral ischemia_repefusion injury was performed by clipping four arteries and then by releasing them to reperfuse blood by into the ischmic brain in rats.The changes of MDA and SOD in serum and H2O,Na+,K+,Ca++,in brain tissue were measured before and after cerebral ischmia repefusion.At the same time 55 patients with cerbral infarction were studied.Results:After treatment with Nimotop content of MDA was signifcantly decreased,activity of SOD was significantly increasec in rats and patients. Conclusion:Nimotop protects brain tissue from cerebral ischmia by inhibiting calcium influx and lipo_hyperoxidation.
