摘　　要：对中国国情的认识,对马克思主义与中国实际相结合的认识,既是个理论问题,也是个实践问题。调查研究既是科学的世界观,又是科学的方法论。国情调研是对国情、民情、党情进行调查研究,主要内容不仅包括对基本国情进行长期的跟踪调查研究,还包括对重大现实问题和中央重大决策的反馈及社会关注的热点和焦点问题进行深入研究,这些问题无一不是发展变化着的现实问题,或者是根据发展变化的现实情况以新的研究方法给予历史以新的研究和解读。国情调研是在新的形势下坚持党的思想认识路线、进行哲学社会科学科研方法和科研管理方式的一种创造性发展。On the cognition of the national conditions of China,the understanding of Marx doctrine and Chinese reality,both an academic problem,also be a practice problem.Investigation and study is the scientific world outlook and the scientific methodology.National survey is researching on the national conditions,public sentiment and the party situation,the main content of which includes not only the basic conditions for long-term follow-up investigation and research,but also the great and real problem,and significant central decision feedback and the in-depth research of hot issue and focus of social attention,none of these problems is not developing and changing,or is a new research and interpretation of history in a new study method according to the changing real situation.National Research is a creative development for philosophy and social sciences research methods and scientific research management in the new situation,which adhere to the party's ideological line.
