摘　　要：我国地方社会科学院从设立至今已经有30年的历史,现已成为服务地方党委、政府决策和经济社会发展必不可少的"智囊团"和"思想库",堪称我国哲学社会科学研究的一支中坚力量。目前我国地方社科院正在走向一条以"智库"建设为目标定位,推动学科建设、选人用人、课题管理全方位创新的体制机制创新之路,以期推动全面发展。China's Local Academy of social sciences has 30 years of history from the establishment,which now become the'think tank' for local Party committee and government in social and economic development decision-making.Local Academy of social sciences is a backbone in China's philosophy and social science research.At present,Local Academy of Social Sciences is moving towards an all-around mechanism innovation road for 'think tank' construction,promoting the subject construction,personnel,and project management,in order to promote the comprehensive development.
