摘 要:研究了以内消旋为主的混合酒石酸为原料,与氯化亚铁反应制备酒石酸亚铁盐。经过实验得到最佳工艺条件,即反应温度60℃,pH 7.0。酒石酸和氯化亚铁反应的最佳摩尔比为2∶1。实验结果还表明了酒石酸与二价铁的络合反应并不完全,在酒石酸与二价铁最佳摩尔比条件下,络合率约为70%。经强化实验,获得了酒石酸亚铁盐的加入量与抗结块效果之间的定量关系,当酒石酸亚铁盐作为工业用盐抗结块剂加入量为0.1432g/kg(以酒石酸亚铁盐计)以上时,具有足够的抗结块效果。通过实验建立了酒石酸亚铁的紫外分光分析方法,并计算获得酒石酸亚铁含量。结果表明在410nm下,标准曲线线性良好,分析结果准确。The synthesis of meso - tartaric acid reacted with ferrous chloride to prepare ferrous tartaric acid was studied. The best technological conditions were confirmed as : the reaction temperature was 60 C, pH was 7. 0, the proportion between tartaric acid and ferrous chloride was 2 : 1. The experimental results also show that the complexion of the tartaric acid and ferrous iron is not completely. The complexation rate is about 70% in the best Moore condition of tartaric acid and ferrous chloride. The optimum amount of ferrous tartaric acid was at 0. 1432g/kg concentration of salt. The analysis method for the determination of tartaric acid ferrous was established with ultraviolet spectrophotometry and the content of tartaric acid ferrous was calculated. The results showed that the standard curve appeared in a good linear correlation and the quantitative analysis was accurate.
