摘　　要：回顾性分析62例行根治性三维适形放疗的局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效和预后因素。单因素分析结果显示T分期、放疗剂量、GTV体积、临床分期对生存期有影响。多因素分析显示放疗剂量、GTV体积、临床分期是三维适形放疗治疗NSCLC的独立预后因素。To investigate prognostic factors for survival of 62 patients in locally advanced non--small--cell lung cancer treated with three--dimensional conformal radiotherapy. At a univariate analysis, T stage, radiation dose, the gross tumor volume, clinical stage showed there were significant influence on survival. At multivariate analyses, radiation dose, the primary tumor volume, clinical stage were significant prognostic factors.
