胃癌患者Th17及Foxp3^+调节性T细胞水平检测及临床意义

摘　　要：流式细胞仪检测胃癌患者及对照组外周血中Th17和CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg细胞的水平,ELISA检测外周血中IL-17、IL-23、TGF-β1和IL-6的水平,探讨Th17、Treg水平与胃癌发生、发展的关系。结果,胃癌患者外周血Th17、Foxp3+Treg细胞及各相关的细胞因子较对照组升高,且与分期相关。Th17、Treg与胃癌发生发展密切相关,为胃癌免疫治疗提供新思路。Through flow cytometry analysis testing the proportions of Th17 cells and CD4＋ CD25＋ Foxp3＋ Treg cells and ELISA testing the expression for related cytokine such as IL--17, IL--23, IL--6, TGF--β1 in peripheral blood with gastric cancer and healthy volunteers, explore the relationships about Thl 7 cells and Treg cells with occurrence and development of gastric cancer. The expression of Th17,Treg cells and related cytokine in peripheral blood with gastric cancer were higher than control groups and they were correlated with tumor stage. Thl7 and Treg cells in peripheral blood increased in gastric cancer patients,it may imply that there are certain relationships between Treg,Thl7 and occurrence and development of gastric cancer so as to provide new strategies for gastric cancer immunotherapy.
