肺腺癌患者外周血中Treg、Th17细胞变化及其意义

摘　　要：观察肺腺癌患者外周血Treg细胞、Th17细胞比例变化并初步探讨其意义。以肺腺癌患者(39例)为研究对象,采用流式细胞术测定Treg、Th17细胞比例,ELISA法测定IL-17浓度。肺腺癌患者中14例接受手术治疗,观察手术前后上述各指标变化。与对照组相比,肺腺癌患者Treg、Th17及IL-17水平均升高(P<0.01);肺腺癌淋巴结转移和远处转移与Treg水平呈正相关,与Th17及IL-17水平呈负相关。肺腺癌术后Th17及IL-17水平均降低(P<0.05)。肺腺癌中存在与肿瘤负荷相关的Treg、Th17及IL-17的水平的异常变化,Treg及Th17对肺腺癌的进展及预后的评估有一定的意义。This is to investigate the frequencies of Treg and Thl7 cells in patients with lung adenocarcinoma and explore its clinical significance. Frequencies of Treg and Th17 were detected in 39 patients with lung adenocarcinoma by flow cytometry. ELISA was used to detect IL-- 17.14 of 39 patients with lung adenocarcinoma underwent operations, we compare the index changes between pre-operation and post-operation. The level of Treg,Thl7 and IL--17 in patients with lung adeno- carcinoma was significantly higher than that in healthy volunteers（P〈0.01 ）. The situation of lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis has positive correlation with Treg while negative correlation with Thl7 and IL-- 17. The level of Thl7 and IL--17 in post-operation patients were significantly lower than that in pre-operation（P〈0.05 ）. There are abnormal changes of Treg,Th17 and IL--17 which are related to the tumor load in the patients with lung adenocareinoma, Treg and Th17 may has certain significance to access the progress and prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma.
