摘　　要：随着社会的发展,高等教育大众化水平的不断提升,高校大学生思想政治教育工作面临新的机遇和挑战,这也表明高校辅导员工作的重要性。本文主要是立足于高校辅导员与大学生之间和谐关系,对高校辅导员工作中激励理论的具体应用进行全面分析和探讨。With the development of society and the popularization of higher education, the college is facing new opportunities and challenges in students＇ideological and political education, which also shows the importance of the work of College instructors. Based on the harmonious relationship between college instructors and students, the article gives a comprehensive analysis and discussion on the application of the college motivation theory.
