摘　　要：药物设计创新型人才的培养是时代发展的需求,我们通过各种途径,在本科生中发现和培养具有药物设计能力的后备力量。其中大学生创新性实验是药物设计创新型人才培养的重要手段之一。本文以所指导的国家大学生创新实验为例,提炼出一点关于药物设计创新型人才培养的办法和体会,以期共同探索出一条创新型人才培养的科学道路。Innovative talents of drug design is the development needs of the times, through various means, in the undergrad- uate students in discovering and developing drug design capabilities of reserve forces. University students innovative experi- ment is one of the important means of drug design innovative personnel training. Students experiment and innovate to the national guidance, for example, refining the approach and experience a little bit about the drug design innovation and personnel training, to jointly explore the path of an innovative personnel training.
