摘　　要：随着我国高等教育体系的不断完善,研究生招生的人数逐年增加,研究生每年毕业人数的增多导致了研究生就业的形势日益严峻。传统教育体制的深化,使农科研究生的就业问题逐渐引起了社会的关注,本文中作者针对农科研究生的就业困境做出分析,整理出农科研究生就业困难的原因,给出农科研究生就业为导向的教学发展新路径。With the continuous improvement of China＇s higher education system, the number of graduate enrollment incre- ases every year, led to an increase of graduate students graduate each year the number of graduate employment situation is increasingly serious. The deepening of the traditional education system, the agricultural graduate employment gradually ar- oused the concern of the community of this paper is to analyze the employment difficulties for agricultural postgraduates, sort out the reason for the difficulty of agricultural postgraduate employment, given the agricultural graduate employment oriented teaching, the development of a new path.
