摘　　要：本研究采用文献资料、逻辑分析、数理统计、访谈、问卷调查等方法,对北京师范大学学生党员进行较为深入的研究。研究表明,通过建立大学生党员创先争优体系,能够促使学生党员在基层组织谋发展、创佳绩、当先锋。In this study, literature data, logical analysis, mathematical statistics, interviews, questionnaires and other me- thods to conduct a more in-depth study of Beijing Normal University student party members. Studies have shown that, through the establishment of the college students party members excel system, can promote student party members in the grass-roots organizations seeking development, the highest success, when the vanguard.
