摘　　要：自从高等学校扩招以来,大学在校生逐年增多,高校毕业的学生亦呈递增趋势。大学毕业生的就业问题是关乎国家发展大计、关乎千千万万学生和家长的社会问题,引导毕业生就业,促进毕业生就业是每所高等院校年度工作的重要内容。本文从现今社会大学毕业生的就业形势出发,结合作者的工作经验和学习经验以及对行业内关于促进大学毕业生就业相关经验的借鉴,就如何拓宽高校毕业生就业门路和渠道进行浅析和探讨。Since the college enrollment, the university students are increasing year by year, the graduation of students was also found an increasing trend. The problem of employment of university graduates is the question of national development plans relating to the social problems of tens of thousands of students and parents to guide the employment of graduates, to promote the employment of graduates of institutions of higher education annual work. This article from today＇s community college graduates, the employment situation, combined with the author＇s work experience and learning experience as well as learn fi＇om industry to promote employment of college graduates experience on how to broaden the college graduates em- ployment opportunities and channels for analysis and discussion.
