摘　　要：本文从世界商务交流趋势和企业需求入手,强调在外语教学中加大跨文化交流能力培养的重要性,明确案例教学法作为培养跨文化交际能力的一种有效手段,分析了案例分析和课堂讨论的基本阶段和基本步骤。This paper starts with the world＇s business trends and enterprise demands, emphasizes the importance of fostering cross-cultural communicating ability in foreign language teaching, defines case-based teaching as an effective method in cultivation of intercultural communicative competence and analyses its basic procedures.
