青光眼四号对原发性开角型青光眼视功能影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的　观察青光眼四号对原发性开角型青光眼视功能的作用。方法　对接受青光眼四号治疗的 42例 (77只眼 )原发性开角型青光眼患者治疗前后视力、视野和视网膜神经纤维层的变化进行了回顾性研究。结果　全视网膜平均光敏感度、 1 5°环平均光敏感度及上 1 /2视野平均光敏感度与治疗前相比有明显改善 (P <0 0 5 )。治疗后随访半年上述指标仍显著高于治疗前(P <0 0 5 )。OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of qingguangyan sihao (青光眼四号) in treatment of the patients with primary open-angle glaucoma ( POAG )for visual functions METHODS Forty-two patients (77 eyes) with POAG were treated with qingguangyan sihao The changes of visual acuity, visual field and retinal nerve fiber layer(RNFL) before and after treatment were observed retrospectively RESULTS The mean sensitivity of whole visual field, 15° circle visual field and 1/2 superior visual field were significantly improved when they compared with pretreatment ( P <0 05 ) The follow-up had been performed for 6 months after the treatment The aforesaid indexes were still obviously better than those before treatment ( P <0 05) CONCLUSION Some of visual functions of POAG can be improved by qingguangyan sihao
