黄芪注射液联合白细胞介素-2治疗复发性单纯疱疹性角膜炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　观察黄芪注射液与白细胞介素 -2联合应用对复发性单纯疱疹性角膜炎的疗效。方法　观察组 70例 (78只眼 )用黄芪注射液联合白细胞介素 -2及无环鸟苷滴眼液 ;对照组 6 5例 (71只眼 )仅用无环鸟苷滴眼液。对部分患者进行了平均 2年的随访。结果　观察组 6 4只眼治愈 ,占 82 % ;对照组 2 7只眼治愈 ,占 38%。观察组中随访 35只眼 ,仅 1例复发 ;对照组随访 1 7只眼 ,复发 8只眼。结论　黄芪注射液联合白细胞介素OBJECTIVE To observe the curative effect of injection huangqi(黄芪)combined with interleukin-2 in treatment of recurrent herpes simplex keratitis METHODS Seventy patients ( 78 eyes ) with recurrent herpes simplex keratitis were treated with injection huangqi combined with interleukin-2 as observation group, and acyclovir eyedrop was applied also in the group Sixty-five patients (71 eyes ) with recurrent herpes simplex keratitis were treated only with acyclovir eyedrops in the control group The average of follow up period was 2 years in the some of the patients RESULTS There were 64 eyes recovered (82%) in the observation group and 27 eyes recovered (38%) in control group One eyes recurred among 35 eyes of followed up in observation group and 8 of 17 eyes followed up recurred in the control group CONCLUSION Injection huangqi combined with interleukin-2 may improve curing effect and reduce recurrence rate in the treatment of recurrent herpes simplex keratitis
