校企合作——师范院校培养化工人才的实践教学

摘　　要：分析了国内校企合作现状,指出政府和社会创造适宜的育人大环境是培养创新型工科人才的必备条件。校企合作共建校外实训基地弥补校内实践教学资源不足,根据人才市场需求、地域特点和经济行业发展趋势适时调整人才培养方案,采取校企教师双向流动机制是师范院校培养创新型化工人才的简便有效措施。Interior enterprise-university collaboration＇s current situations is analyzed, and point out that appropriate surrounding created by the govemment and society is the obligatory condition of innovative talents＇ cultivation. Solution of resource deficiency via establishment of fieldwork bases outside vocational colleges by enterprise-university collaboration, adjustment of talent-training scheme according to the requirement of personnel market, region features and tendency of economic developmnet, and two-way flow of teachers are handy and effective measures for innovative talents＇ cultivation in normal university.
