摘　　要：我国的航天、航空、船舶、海洋等领域对模拟动态环境试验平台的需求与日俱增,对控制系统的动态响应、系统综合测量精度、数据采集的实时性以及系统的可靠性均有严格的要求。新型模拟动态环境试验平台很好地解决了负载重心高,转动惯量大,测量系统和控制系统精度、可靠性高,工况范围广,纵、横、升沉三自由度运动任意组合并提供摇摆角和升沉位移"真值"等技术难题,实现模拟动态环境试验平台升沉运动中的自平衡,同时达到节能效果。There is an ever increasing demand for test platform to simulate dynamic ambient conditions in the fields of aerospace, aviation, shipping, ocean, and others, which is followed by strict requirements for real time and system reliability in terms of dynamic response, precision in the comprehensive measurements, as well as data collection. However, the new type test platform to simulate dynamic ambient conditions has fairly solved such technical problems as high gravity center of loading, heavy inertia in the rotation, high precision for the measurement system and control system, beside high reliability, wide range of working conditions, and arbitrary combination of the longitudinal and lateral, and up and downmovements of the three freedom cases, while overcoming the technical problems by providing 'true values' of swing angle, and up and down displacement, thus realizing self balance in up and down movements of the test platform to simulate dynamic ambient conditions.
