肾癌病人TSGF和COX-2水平测定及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)及环氧合酶2(COX-2)在肾癌病人血清及肿瘤组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法经影像学及病理诊断为肾癌病人50例,应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法测定其血清中TSGF水平,应用免疫组化法检测组织中COX-2表达水平。以肾结石6例、肾囊肿10例、正常健康因外伤行肾部分切除者4例共20例作为对照组。结果肾癌病人血清中TSGF水平及组织中COX-2的表达均较对照组高,差异有显著性(t=3.78,χ2=26.12,P<0.05)。肾癌病人血清TSGF水平与病人性别有关(r=0.282,P<0.05),肾癌组织COX-2表达与肿瘤大小呈正相关(r=0.382,P<0.05)。结论 TSGF及COX-2在肾癌临床诊断及预后判定中有参考价值,血清TSGF水平在女性肾癌病人的早期筛查中可能有一定意义。Objective To investigate the expressions of tumor specific growth factor （TSGF） and cyclooxygenase-2 （COX-2） in serum and cancer tissue of patients with renal cancer. Methods Fifty patients with renal cancer confirmed by ima geology and pathology were enrolled. Their serum TSGF was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） and COX 2 in cancer tissue by immunohistochemistry. The control group consisted of kidney stone （6 cases）, renal cyst （10 cases） and four patients underwent partial nephrctomy due to trauma. Results The expression level of TSGF in serum and COX 2 in cancer tis- sue was higher than that in the control, the difference was significant （t=3.78,x2=26.12,P〈0.05）. TSGF level was associated with the gender of patient （r=0. 282, P〈0.05）, and COX 2 was positively correlated with the size of tumor （r 0. 382, P〈 0.05）. Conclusion TSGF and COX-2 are of a certain value fur reference in the diagnosis and prediction of prognosis of renal cancer, and serum TSGF is likely to play a role in early screening renal cancer in female.
