变压器油中溶解气体在线监测预警策略研究

摘　　要：针对目前变压器在线监测预警策略中存在无等级区分和分析指标单一的缺点,提出一种综合考虑变压器油中溶解气体体积分数和绝对产气速率的在线监测预警策略。该策略将预警分为正常、注意、异常和故障4个等级,并依据体积分数和绝对产气速率进行二维编码以区分变压器的故障程度。将该策略应用于某变电站3号变压器的在线监测分析,结果表明该预警策略可及早发现变压器故障并有效跟踪其发展状况,为设备检修提供参考依据。Aiming at grading vacancy and singularity of analysis index of present online monitoring and warning strategy for transformer, the paper introduces an online monitoring and warning strategy which takes volume fraction of dissolved gas in transformer oil and absolute gas production rate into account. In this strategy, the warning is divided into normal, precau- tion, abnormal and fault, and two dimensional coding is adopted in accordance with volume fraction and absolute gas pro- duction rate to identify the failure type. The strategy is applied to online monitoring analysis of Transformer 3 in a substa- tion, the result of which indicates that it can detect transformer faults all in good time and track the development, providing reference for equipment maintenance.
