花椒挥发油对豚鼠耳部银屑病样病理改变的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨花椒挥发油外用对豚鼠耳部银屑病样病理改变的治疗作用。方法5%盐酸普萘洛尔(心得安)软膏外涂豚鼠耳部外侧皮肤,建立银屑病样模型,然后分别以哈西奈德乳膏和花椒挥发油DMSO溶液进行治疗,光镜下观察耳部皮肤病理变化。结果造模后的组织病理可见角化过度,棘层肥厚,真皮毛细血管扩张充血、水肿,有较明显的炎症细胞浸润。外涂哈西奈德乳膏、20%及5%花椒挥发油DMSO溶液、治疗后,造模处皮损组织病理明显改善,高、低剂量治疗组与造模组比较,Baker评分及炎症细胞浸润数出现下降(F3,6=239.711,630.330;F3,7=81.098,174.545;P<0.05)。高剂量治疗组与低剂量治疗组相比,Baker评分及炎症细胞浸润数存在显著差异(F6,7=84.902,216.907;P<0.05)。花椒挥发油DMSO溶液外涂未见局部刺激、过敏症状,各组豚鼠主要脏器未发现组织病理学改变。结论花椒挥发油DMSO溶液外涂可改善心得安诱发的豚鼠耳部银屑病样皮损的病理变化,治疗作用与浓度高低成正相关。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of solution with essential oil of Zanthoxylum Bungeanum Maxim on psoriasis-like pathological changes of Guinea Pig.Methods 5% propranolol ointment was applied on Guinea pigs＇ ears to produce psoriasis-like pathological changes,then solution with essential oil of Zanthoxylum Bungeanum Maxim concentration of 20% and 5% were applied on the affected ears.The pathological manifestations were investigated under light microscope.Results There were hyperkeratosis,acanthosis,telangiectasis and Inflammatory cell infiltration in the Guinea pig psoriasis-like models.After being treated with Halcinonide Cream,solution with essential oil of Zanthoxylum Bungeanum Maxim concentration of 20% and 5%,the pathological manifestations were remarkably improved.A significant difference（F3,6=239.711,630.330;F3,7=81.098,174.545;F6,7=84.902,216.907;P〈0.05）of the improvement of Baker score and Infiltration of inflammatory cells count were observed between Guinea pig psoriasis-like models treated with high and low concentrations of solution with essential oil of Zanthoxylum Bungeanum Maxim,and between models and control animals.Toxic effects on ear sites due to local application of solution with essential oil of Zanthoxylum Bungeanum Maxim were not observed.Conclusion Solution with essential oil of Zanthoxylum Bungeanum Maxim might have an inhibitive effect on psoriasis-like pathological changes of Guinea pigs＇ ears induced by 5% propranolol ointment.The therapeutic effect is positively correlated with the concentration into.
