摘 要:应用 FCM 对82例不同类型脑瘤进行 DNA 含量的测定,分析 DNA 倍性情况与组织切片相对照。发现恶性度高的肿瘤,非整倍体的百分比较恶性度低的肿瘤高。发病期短的肿瘤非整倍体较多,根据这些数据认为 FCM 检测快,细胞数量多,统计参数可靠,有助于了解肿瘤的特性,为判断肿瘤的恶性程度并推测预后等提供一定参考价值。DNA ploidy was estimated by flow cytometry(FCM)in 82 different brain tumours.Propidiumiodide was employed as DNA fluorochrome and theanalysis was carried out on a suspension of singlecells,furtle RBC were used as ploidy references.Among these astrocytomas(31 cases)andmeningiomas(25 cases)predominated.Aneuploidcell popullations were found in 7 out of 15 cases(47%)of astrocytomas grade 1-Ⅱ,11 out of 16cases(69%)of astrocytomas grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ,3 out of25 cases(12%)of meningiomas and 34 out of 82cases(41%)of total brain tumours,aneuploid cellswere also found in most astrocytomas with shorterduration of symptoms.The information obtained by FCM may be helpful in diagnosing the degree of malignancy andan aneuploid DNA content has often been taken asan indication of poor prognosis.
