联合用药治疗原发性开角型青光眼的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的对曲伏前列素联合噻吗心胺治疗原发性开角型青光眼的疗效进行探究。方法选取我院眼科于2009年3月至2011年9月收治的60例青光眼患者,均患原发性开角型青光眼,均采用曲伏前列腺素滴眼液联合噻吗心安眼药水进行滴眼治疗,观察并对比患者在治疗前后及过程中的昼夜眼压变化、视野变化及不良反应的发生情况。结果经过1个月和3个月的治疗后,所有患者的眼压均降低,视野亦有所改善。治疗1个月后有11例患者有轻度不良反应,占18.33%;治疗3个月后有4例患者有轻度不良反应,并均能耐受,主要不良反应为结膜充血、异物感、前房房闪等表现,全部患者均无全身不适、结膜炎和虹膜色素增加等不良反应。结论采用曲伏前列素联合噻吗心胺治疗原发性开角型青光眼,因全身不良反应及局部不良反应发生少,且治疗效果令人满意,值得眼科医师在临床诊疗过程中推广运用,为广大青光眼患者服务。objective TO travoprost combined timolol finasteride in the treatment of primary open angle glaucoma curative effect research. Methods in our hospital in 2009March ~ 2011September ophthalmology hospital treated 60 cases of glaucoma patients, all patients with primary open angle glaucoma, adopt travoprost eyedrops with timolol eye drops for ophthalmic treatment, observed and compared before and after therapy were in the process of circadian changes of intraocular pressure and visual field changes, and adverse reaction conditions. Results After lmonths and 3months after treatment, all patients intraocular pressure decreased, vision improved. One month after treatment of 11 patients with mild adverse reactions, accounted for 18.33%; after three months of treatment in 4 cases of patients with mild adverse reactions, and can be tolerated, the main adverse reactions of conjunctival hyperemia, foreign body sensation, anterior chamber room flashover performance, all the patients had no systemic discomfort, conjunctivitis and iris pigment increased adverse reactions. Conclusion The use of travoprost combined timolol finasteride in the treatment of primary open angle glaucoma, because of adverse reactions to systemic and local adverse reaction is little, and the treatment effect is satisfactory, worthy of ophthalmologists in clinical diagnosis and treatment process to promote the use of, for the majority of patients with glaucoma service.
