复方苦参注射液联合TP方案治疗非小细胞肺癌34例

摘　　要：目的观察复方苦参注射液联合TP方案(多西他赛联合顺铂)治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的近期疗效、生活质量和不良反应。方法将68例非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组34例给予复方苦参注射液联合TP方案化疗,对照组34例采用单纯TP方案化疗。连用3个周期后观察2组患者疗效、生活质量和毒副反应等方面变化。结果治疗组的有效率、临床受益率分别为52.9%、94.1%,对照组有效率、临床受益率分别为50.0%、79.4%。2组有效率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),但临床受益率比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组生活质量改善优于对照组,P<0.05。治疗组的主要毒副反应明显减轻,2组比较P<0.05。结论复方苦参注射液在非小细胞肺癌化疗中,可以改善临床症状、提高生活质量,降低化疗的毒副反应。Objective To evaluate the short-time effect, quality of life and adverse reaction of Compound Matrinc Injections combined with TP Chemotherapy （Docetaxel Combined with Cisplatin） in the treatment of patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 68 patients with non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） were divided randomly into the treatment group （34 cases） and the control group （34 cases）.The control group received TP regimen（Docetaxel 70 mg/m^2, cisplatin 70 mg/m^2）, and the treatment group received the combination therapy of compound matrine injections with TP regimen. The efficacy, quality of life and adverse reaction were observed and compared between the groups aider treatment for 3 cycles. Results The effective rate, clinical beneficial rate were 52.9% and 94.1% respectively in treatment group,as compared with 50.0% and 79.4% respectively in control group.There were no significant differences between the two groups in effective rate （P〉 0.05）. However, significant differences were noted between the two groups in clinical beneficial rate.The life quality had a better improvement in treatment group than in control group （P〈 0.05）. The major toxic reactions had a better alleviation in treatment group than in control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compound Matrine Injections Combined with TP Chemotherapy could improve clinical symptome and the quality of life, and alleviate side effect of chemotherapy in patients with NSCLC.
