摘　　要：医学人道主义始终是医学的旗帜,是由一系列原则构成的体系。当代生命伦理学原则虽有争议但可为医学人道主义原则的构建提供框架基础。对医学人道主义原则的构建应当始终体现身心合一这一认识基础。综合当代伦理学的各种原则以及学说,医学人道主义原则体系的具体原则应当包括:不伤害、敬畏、尊重、同意、共济。Medical humanism is always the banner of medicine. It is a system consisted of a series of principles. Modern bio- ethics principle with its disputation could contribute to the construction of principles of medical humanism and provide the frame foundation for it. Body and mind harmonization is the cognitive foundation of medical humanism all along. Summa- rize the modern principles and doctrines, the specific principle system of medical humanism includes： non-maleficence, re- vere, respect, agreement and mutual support.
