摘　　要：目的探讨单光子发射型计算(SPECT)肾动态显像对宫颈癌患者化疗肾功能监测的临床意义。方法用SPECT及示踪剂99TcmDTPA对30例对照组及158例宫颈癌化疗患者进行肾动态显像,以了解患者肾功能情况。结果 158例宫颈癌患者肾小球滤过率(GFR)降低。宫颈癌Ⅱ、Ⅲ期(化疗时间较长的)患者GFR均明显低于对照组,差异有显著性。部分患者(47.8%)尿素氮(BUN)及血肌酐(Scr)异常。结论宫颈癌患者化疗对肾功能均有不同程度的损害,且与化疗时间相关,SPECT肾动态显像可早期了解宫颈癌患者肾功能情况,以利于临床医生对患者情况了解及治疗。Objective To explore the clinical value of single photon emission computed tomography of nephro-dynamic imaging for cervical carcinoma. Methods The nephro-dynamic imaging of control group （30 cases） and cervical carcinoma （158 cases） were observed by SPECT and 99Tcm DTPA. The renal function was evaluated. Results The glomerular filtration rate of cervical carcinoma was decreased. The GFR level of stage II and III cervical carcinoma was lower than that of control group, with statistical significance. There were various abnormity of BUN and Set in some people （47.8%）. Conclusion There are various injury of renal function for cervical carcinoma, it is closely related to the duration of chemotherapy. The nephro-dynamic imaging of SPECT can early to understand the renal function of cervical carcinoma, and it is good for treatment.
