十一味参芪片在肿瘤患者放疗后的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨十一味参芪片在肿瘤患者放疗后的应用效果。方法选择2007年9月～2011年2月在我院肿瘤中心接受放射治疗的门诊或住院的80例恶性肿瘤患者,将其分为治疗组与对照组,每组各40例。两组患者均给予相应的放疗措施,其中治疗组患者在放疗基础上加用十一味参芪片治疗,而对照组患者则在放疗基础上加用鲨肝醇和维生素B4治疗。结果对照组抑郁情绪放疗前后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组抑郁情绪放疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组和对照组放疗后的抑郁情绪异常比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者化疗前CD3+,CD4+及NK细胞对比无明显差异,经过治疗后,CD3+,CD4+都有明显上升,NK细胞有明显下降,但是治疗组的改善幅度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论十一参芪片提高放疗患者免疫力效果显著,同时对改善患者抑郁状况,顺利完成放疗及提高患者的生活质量非常重要,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effects of the Shiyiwei Shenqi Tablets on cancer patients after radiotherapy. Methods Selected 80 patients with malignant tumors of the hospital cancer center radiation therapy outpatient or hospitalization from September 2007 to February 2011 that were divided into treatment group and control group, each group had 40 cases. Patients of two groups were given corresponding measures of radiotherapy, and the treatment group was added Shiyiwei Shenqi Tablets for treatment, while the control group added shark liver alcohol and Vitamin B4 for treatment. Results Comparsion of depression mood before and after radiotherapy in the control group, there was no statistically significant differences （P 〉 0.05）. Comparsion of depression mood before and after radiotherapy in the treatment group, there was a statistically significance differences （P 〈 0.05） Comparsion of depression mood after radiotherapy the treatment group and control group, the difference was statistically significance （P 〈 0.05）. The levels of CD3＋, CD4＋ and NK ceils of patients in two groups before chemotherapy were no significant difference, after treatment, CD3＋ and CD4＋ were increased and NK cells were decreased, but the improvement rate of the treatment group was significantly higher （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The Shiyiwei Shenqi Tablets can improve the immunity effect of radiotherapy in patientst, and improve patients＇ depression status, successful completion of radiotherapy, improve quality of life of Patients, which is very important and should be widely applied.
