摘　　要：在"顶岗实习,置换培训"期间,我校英语教育专业实习生积极进行小学英语教学模式的实践,采用的小学英语故事教学模式取得了一定的实践效果,但同时也出现了值得深思的问题,如:"顶岗实习"学校的小学英语教师在职深入培训、实习生基本功的训练和我校英语教育专业针对小学英语师资开展的培训模式。During the 'Substitute Internship,Replacement Training',the interns of English Education of Heyuan Polytechnic took an active part in the practice of primary English teaching model.The application of primary English story has achieved a desired practical result.However,some problems came out with its application,for instance,the deepening training course designed for the primary school English teachers,the basic English skills practice strengthened for the students and the training model aimed for the primary English teachers carried out by Heyuan Polytechnic.
