临床路径在乳牙慢性牙髓炎治疗中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的观察乳牙慢性牙髓炎临床路径实施效果。方法选择依据《临床诊疗指南—口腔医学分册》(中华医学会编著,人民卫生出版社)诊断为乳牙慢性牙髓炎(ICD-10:K04.003,K04.011)的患者200例,按照乳牙慢性牙髓炎临床路径标准治疗流程行根管治疗术(ICD-9-CM-3∶23.7)。结果治愈率为86%,好转率为10%,未愈率为4%。结论乳牙慢性牙髓炎临床路径标准治疗流程是一种安全有效的治疗途径,值得口腔门诊推广应用。Objective To observe the implementation effect of clinical pathway of chronic pulpitis in deciduous teeth. Methods Two hundred patients of chronic pulpitis in deciduous teeth （ICD-10：K04.003, K04.011） according to the clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines--Stomatology Fascicule （compiled by the Chinese Medical Association, People＇s Medical Publishing House） were given the root canal therapy on the basis of clinical pathway of chronic pulpitis in deciduous teeth （ICD-9-CM-3：23.7）. Results The clinical cure rate was 86% , the improvement rate was 10%, the unhealed rate was 4%. Conclusion The standard treatment process of clinical pathway of chronic pulpitis in deciduous teeth is safe and effective. And it is worthy of popularizing in dentistry department.
