摘　　要：目的:探讨塞来昔布对急性白血病原代细胞的增殖抑制与诱导凋亡的作用。方法:采用MTT法检测塞来昔布对急性白血病原代细胞的增殖抑制作用,倒置显微镜观察细胞形态学改变,流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡率。结果:塞来昔布能显著抑制急性白血病原代细胞的增殖,且呈时间和剂量具有依赖性(P<0.05);流式细胞仪结果分析发现,实验组与对照组的凋亡率有显著差异,且实验组的凋亡率明显升高,呈剂量依赖性(P<0.01)。结论:塞来昔布能有效抑制急性白血病原代细胞的增殖并诱导其凋亡,其机制有待进一步研究。Objective：To evaluate ceil proliferation inhibition and apoptosis induction effect of eelecoxib in primary acute leukemia cell. Method：For proliferation effect of celecoxib on primary acute leukemia cell with MTT assay, The morphological change were observed under invert microscope, cell apoptosis was measured using flow cytometry.Result：Celecoxib inhibited proliferation of primary acute leukemia cell significantly in a time-and dose-dependent way（P〈0.05）;the results of flow cytometry analysis showed the rate of apoptosis of experimental group and control group were significantly different, and apoptosis in the experimental group was significantly increased in a dose-dependent way（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Celecoxib can inhibit cell proliferation and induce apoptosis in primary acute leukemia cell, the mechanism of this effect needs further study.
