摘　　要：目的:研究护理本科学生产生职业厌倦心理的原因及其应对措施。方法:对5所护理本科学校的300名学生进行问卷调查和交谈,研究他们产生职业厌倦心理的时间及其原因。结果:300名学生中,56%的护理本科生有职业厌倦的心理,44%的同学没有职业厌倦的心理。结论:产生厌倦心理主要与护生职业道德的培养有关,另外还有其他因素,必须从多个方面予以应对。Objective：To study the causes and corresponding measures of the Undergraduate nursing students tireness.Method：Made an investigation in 300 undergraduate nursing students from five schools about when and why they had got tired of psychology.Result：During these 300 students, 56% students had the psychology of professional weariness; 44% of them did not have any psychological tireness of the job.Conclusion：Have tired of psychology and nursing students occupation moral education is concerned, there are other factors, we should take countermeasures from many aspects.
