摘  要:目的:研究护理本科学生产生职业厌倦心理的原因及其应对措施。方法:对5所护理本科学校的300名学生进行问卷调查和交谈,研究他们产生职业厌倦心理的时间及其原因。结果:300名学生中,56%的护理本科生有职业厌倦的心理,44%的同学没有职业厌倦的心理。结论:产生厌倦心理主要与护生职业道德的培养有关,另外还有其他因素,必须从多个方面予以应对。Objective:To study the causes and corresponding measures of the Undergraduate nursing students tireness.Method:Made an investigation in 300 undergraduate nursing students from five schools about when and why they had got tired of psychology.Result:During these 300 students, 56% students had the psychology of professional weariness; 44% of them did not have any psychological tireness of the job.Conclusion:Have tired of psychology and nursing students occupation moral education is concerned, there are other factors, we should take countermeasures from many aspects.
