摘　　要：把团体辅导技术引入到农业推广教学中,通过提升培养目标、调整师生关系、整合教学内容、创新教学方法、让学生重视团体内人际关系交互作用,调整和改善与他人相处的关系,学习积极的态度与行为方式,最终达到知识、能力和素质全面提高。The technology of Group Counseling introduced into the agricultural extension course aims to make the student attache great importance to interaction skills within a group,streamline and improve the relationship with others,learn the positive attitude and manner by enhancing Training Aim,coordinateing the relations between Teacher and Student,integrating teaching content and innovating teaching method to reach a final all--round enhancement of their knowledge,psychological qualities and abilities.
