中孕胎儿四维彩超检查效果分析

摘　　要：目的对中孕胎儿四维彩超的检查效果进行分析,以更多的了解中孕胎儿四维彩超的临床检查效果,指导应用。方法按常规方法,应用多切面的方式,对于2007年1月~2011年12月来我院进行检查的的1000例孕期在20～26周的孕妇进行四维彩超的检查。结果经常检查,检出有63例胎儿畸形,其中包括颅脑以及中枢神经系统畸形的17例患儿,心脏畸形10例,胎儿水肿综合征14例,消化系统畸形7例,肢体畸形3例,单脐动脉4例,下腹部肿块1例,全前脑并面部畸形3例,膈疝1例,多发性畸形2例,泌尿系统畸形1例。经对比超声检查的结果和实际结果相符。讨论中孕胎儿四维彩超检查作为一种无痛苦、可重复而且无并发症的诊断方法,在妇科围产期检查中的有重要意义,不但可以提高胎儿畸形的检出率,而且可以减少畸形胎儿的出生率,在临床操作中有重大意义。Objective To check the effect on the fetus of pregnant four-dimensional color Doppler analysis, clinical examination to learn more about pregnancy fetal four-dimensional color Doppler effect, the guidance application. Methods According to the con- ventional method, the application of multi-section of the 1000 cases of pregnancy in our hospital from January 2007 to December 2011 to check the 20 weeks to 26 weeks pregnant four-dimensional color Doppler examination. Results regular checks, detected 63 cases of fetal malformations, including the brain and central nervous system malformations, 17 cases were cardiac malformations in 10 cases, fetal hydrops syndrome in 14 cases, 7 cases of digestive malformations, 3 cases of limb malformations four cases of single umbilical artery, one cases of lower abdominal mass, the whole forebrain and facial deformity three cases of diaphragmatic hernia and one cases, two cases of multiple malformations, malformation of the urinary system. By contrast ultrasound results and actual results. Discussion： pregnant fetus in four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound examination as a painless, repeatable and no complications diagnosis, gynecology perinatal examination is important, not only can improve fetal malformation detection rate, and can reduce the birth rate of fetal malformation of great significance in clinical practice.
