宫颈癌组织NDRG1与P16蛋白表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的研究N-Myc下游调节基因1(NDRGl)蛋白与P16蛋白在宫颈癌组织的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组化方法测定30例正常宫颈组织及120例宫颈癌组织NDRG1与P16蛋白表达水平。结果 NDRG1蛋白在宫颈癌组织阳性表达率明显低于正常宫颈组织(χ2=24.885,P<0.05);宫颈癌组织中NDRG1阳性表达与病人病理分化程度、FIGO分期、病理类型、有无淋巴结转移无明显相关性。P16蛋白在宫颈癌组织阳性表达率明显高于正常宫颈组织(χ2=36.587,P<0.05)。P16蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的阳性表达与病理分化程度、FIGO分期、病理类型无明显相关性,而与有无淋巴结转移有明显相关性(χ2=4.166,P<0.05)。结论 NDRG1蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的低表达及P16蛋白的高表达与宫颈癌的发生发展有关,两者联合检测对宫颈癌的早期诊断以及治疗方法的选择有重要参考价值。Objective To study the expressions of both N-Myc downstream-regulated gene 1 （NDRG1） and P16 in cervi- cal cancer, and discuss their clinical significance. Methods The expressions of NDRG1 and P16 protein were detected by immu- nohistochemistry in 30 cases of normal cervical tissue and 120 cases of cervical cancer. Results The positive rate of NDRG1 ex- pression in the cancer tissue was obviously lower than that of normal cervical tissue （χ^2= 24. 885, P〈0.05）, and that in cervical cancer tissue was not obviously correlated with the degree of differentiation, FIGO staging, pathologic type and with or without lymph node metastasis. The positive rate of P16 expression in cervical cancer tissue was significantly higher than that in normal cervical tissue （χ^2 =36. 587,P〈0.05）, which was not significantly associated with pathologic differentiation, FIGO staging, pa- thologic type, but dramatically higher than that in normal cervical tissue. The expression of P16 in the cancer tissue was closely correlated with or without lymph node metastasis （χ^2= 4. 166,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The low expression of NDRG1 and high expression of P16 protein in cervical cancer tissue are associated with the occurrence and development of this malignancy, a com- bined detection of these two parameters are of important reference value in early diagnosis and the option of therapy for this condi- tion.
