ATF-5在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的研究转录激活因子5(ATF-5)在人结直肠癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法选取我院结直肠癌组织标本38例,正常结直肠组织标本12例,采用RT-PCR法检测两种组织标本中ATF-5的表达水平。结果38例结直肠癌组织标本中有32例ATF-5阳性表达,12例正常结直肠组织标本中无ATF-5阳性表达,两者比较差异有显著性(χ2=24.53,P<0.01)。结论结直肠癌组织中ATF-5高表达,ATF-5可能在结直肠癌的发生、发展中起关键作用。Objective To study the expression of activating transcription factor 5 （ATF-5） and its significance in human colorectal cancer tissues. Methods The tissue sample of eolorectal cancer was collected in 38 cases, and that of normal rectal tissue 12 cases. RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of ATF-5 in both samples and compared between them. Results The expression of ATF-5 was noted in 32 samples in cancer tissue, and without any of that expression in normal rectal tissue, be- ing a significant difference between the two groups （χ^2 =24.53 ,P〈0.01）. Conclusion The high expression of ATF-5 may play a key role in the occurrence and development of this malignancy.
