宫颈上皮内瘤变组织NDRG1、P16和Ki-67蛋白表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨NDRG1、P16、Ki67蛋白在宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)组织中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化PV6000染色方法,检测159例CIN组织及58例正常宫颈组织NDRG1、P16、Ki-67蛋白的表达。结果正常宫颈组织及不同级别CIN组织NDRG1、P16、Ki67蛋白表达比较差异均有统计学意义(H=122.92～145.73,q=5.35～30.64,P<0.01)。在CIN组织中,NDRG1蛋白阳性表达率明显下降,其表达水平与CIN病变级别呈负相关(rs=-0.73,P<0.01);P16和Ki-67蛋白阳性表达率明显增高,其表达水平与CIN病变级别呈正相关(rs=0.74、0.81,P<0.01)。结论 NDRG1、P16、Ki67蛋白的异常表达可能与CIN的发生、发展有关。Objective To investigate the expressions and their significance of NDRG1, P16 and Ki G7 protein in cervical intraepithelial neoplasm （CIN）. Methods Expressions of NDRG1, P16 and Ki-67 in cervix tissues were detected by immunohis lochemistry PV 6000 method in 1,59 cases of CIN and 58 of normal controls. Results The differences of exprcssions of NDRG l. P16, and Ki 67 between the normal controls and different grades of CIN were significant （H=122.92-145.73,q=5.35 30.64, P〈0.01）. In CIN, the positive rate of NDRG1 decreased and had a negative correlation with the severity of the disease （r、=0.73,P〈0.01）, while that of p16 and Ki-67 increased and positively correlated with the severity of the disease （r、=0.74,0.81, P〈01）. Conclusion The abnormal expressions of NDRG1, P16 and Ki-67 are possibly related with the occurrence and devel opment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.
