摘　　要：通过对果蔬产品中有机磷农药残留不同检测方法和技术的评述,评价了不同检测方法与技术的优缺点,同时也对检测前的各种预处理方法作了介绍,以便更好地了解果蔬产品中有机磷农药残留检测方法的动向和发展。Through the review of different methods and techniques for detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues in fruit and vegetable products,the evaluation of different detection methods and technology advantages and disadvantages was conducted.Meanwhile,a variety of pretreatment methods was introduced in order to better understand the trends and developments of method for organophosphorus pesticide residues detection.
