摘  要:试验选取1日龄罗斯肉仔鸡2000只,随机分成4个处理组,每组10个重复,每个重复50只鸡。处理组1肉鸡日粮使用饲用金霉素,处理组2添加枯草芽孢杆菌,处理组3添加丝兰提取物,处理组4同时添加丝兰提取物和枯草芽孢杆菌,研究丝兰提取物与枯草芽孢杆菌对肉鸡生长性能及鸡舍有害气体的影响。结果显示,试验全期处理组4肉鸡平均日增重显著高于处理组1和3(P<0.05)。处理组4肉鸡饲料转化效率显著优于处理组1(P<0.05),处理组2和3之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。肉鸡20日龄测得的鸡舍NH3浓度,处理组2和3无显著差异(P>0.05),但显著高于处理组4(P<0.05),而低于处理组1;处理组3和4鸡舍H2S浓度显著低于处理组1和2(P<0.05)。41日龄处理组3和4鸡舍NH3浓度显著低于处理组2(P<0.05),处理组2低于处理组1;处理组2和4鸡舍H2S浓度显著低于处理组1(P<0.05)。说明丝兰提取物与枯草芽孢杆菌组合使用,显著改善肉鸡生长性能,缓解鸡舍有害气体污染。Two thousand one day old broilers(ROSS 308) were assigned into four treatment groups to study the effects of Yucca Extracts and Bacillus Subtilis feed additive on broiler growth performance and odour control in broil-er house. The broiler feed additives of group 1 to 4 were aureomycin, Bacillus Subtilis, Yucca extracts, and the corn-bination of Bacillus Subtilis and Yucca extracts. The results showed that the average daily gain of group 4 broilers were higher than those of group 1 and 3(P〈0.05). The feed efficiency of group 4 was better than group l(P〈0.05), and those of group 2 and 3 had no differences (P〉0.05). For the NH3 concentration in broiler house at the 20 d of this experiment, group 2 and 3 had no differences(P〉0.05), and were higher than those of group 4, and were lower than those of group 1 (P〈0.05). For the H2S concentration, group 3 and 4 were lower than those of group 1 and 2(P〈 0.05). For the NH3 concentration in broiler house at the 41 d of this experiment, group 3 and 4 were lower than those of group 2, and group 2 was lower than group l(P〈0.05). The H^S concentration in group 2 and 4 broiler houses were lower than those of group l(P〈0.05). These findings proved that the combination of Bacillus Subtilis and Yucca ex-tracts could improve the broiler growth performance and decrease the odour of NH3 and H2S in broiler house.
