摘　　要：情绪智力正式提出以来引起了广泛关注,不同学者提出了不同的概念,形成了情绪智力的能力模型和综合模型。但这两种模型的缺点也招致了大量的批评。本文简要综述了情绪智力的概念、理论及其自身的局限,并对国内情绪智力的相关研究作了简要回顾。The Emotional Intelligence has been widespread concemed Since it been formally proposed.Different scholars put forward different concepts, formed the ability model of emotional intelligence and general model. But these two kinds of model also led tO substantial criticism. This article briefly reviews the concept of emotional intelligence, theory and its limitations, and emotional intelligence of domestic related research are briefly reviewed.
