摘 要:目的:建立川芎药材薄层指纹色谱鉴别方法。方法:以阿魏酸对照品、欧当归内酯A对照品、藁本内酯对照品和川芎对照药材为对照,且与藁本、山川芎作比较,采用薄层色谱法进行鉴别研究,并计算其相似度。结果:川芎供试品色谱中,在与对照品色谱和对照药材色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色的斑点,以甲苯-冰醋酸-甲醇(3∶1∶3)、正己烷-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(3∶1∶0.05)、正己烷-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(7∶1∶0.05))展开后Rf值适中,斑点清晰且与藁本、山川芎薄层指纹色谱上有明显的区别。结论:建立的薄层指纹色谱鉴别方法对川芎中阿魏酸、欧当归内酯A和藁本内酯鉴别有较好的适应性,重现性好,为提升其质量标准提供了技术支撑。Objective: To establish a method for the TLC fingerprint identification of Liguticum chuanxiong. Methods: By u- sing the ferulic acid, Levistilide A, llgustillde and Ligusticum ehuanxiong eontrol herbs as the referenee substance, and comparing with the Ligusticum sinenae and Shanchuanxiong, TLC fingerprint identification was made and the similarity was calculated. Results: The reference substance and the samples had the same main spots and color on the plate, which showed an obvious distinction with that of the Ligusticum sinense and Shanchuanxiong The Rf value was moderate and the spots were clear by using toluence-acetic acid-methanol ( 30:1 : 3) , Hexyl hydride-ethyl acetate-formic acid ( 3:1: 0. 5 ) and Hexyl hydride-ethyl acetate-formic acid (7:1: 0. 5 ) as the develo- ping solvents. Conclusion: The established methods based on TLC fingerprint were adaptable and reproducible for the identification of the ferulic acid, Levistilide A and ligustilide in Ligusticum chuanxiong. The foundation for further perfecting the quality standards of L/- gusticum chuanxiong was established.
