摘　　要：目的:通过对老年患者单颌全口覆盖义齿中应用磁性附着体的病例进行总结和分析,对其修复效果作出评价。方法:回顾了我科67例老年患者单颌全口覆盖义齿中应用共84副磁性附着体的病例,并跟踪随访2-5年。结果:经随访观察,所有患者对这类义齿的固位、外观、舒适性、坚固性均较满意。仅1颗基牙继发龋(1.2%,1/84),3副磁体出现脱落(3.6%,3/84),23颗基牙有牙龈炎(27.4%,23/84),未出现基牙松动,脱落。结论:磁性附着体利于保留老年患者余留牙根,提高义齿固位力,在老年患者单颌全口覆盖义齿中可取得良好的修复效果。Objective： To study the application of single complete overdenture with magnetic attachments.Methods： Sixty-seven cases were retrospective analyzed,which used single complete overdenture with magnetic attachments in the elderly.Followed up these patients for 2 years,their treatment procedure and the effects were summarized.Results： All patients were satisfied with the application of single complete overdenture with magnetic attachments.Secondary caries occurred in one abutment root and three magnet retainers failed.Additionally,gingivitis occurred in twenty-three abutments,while no abutment roots losed stability.Conclusion： Magnetic attachments could provide adequate retention,support and esthetics improvement in single complete overdenture in the elderly.
