摘  要:探讨精神分裂症及其亚型与多巴胺转运体 (DAT1)基因间的关系。方法 采用Amp -FLP技术 ,对上海地区汉族人群中精神分裂症与DAT1基因小卫星多态性进行遗传关联分析。结果  (1)观察到DAT1基因中 5种等基因 (36 0bp、40 0bp、440bp、480bp、5 2 0bp) ,最常见是 480bp。 (2 )精神分裂症和健康对照组在DAT1的等位基因、基因型的分布上无显著性差异 (Z值小于 1.96 ,P >0 .0 5 )。 (3)阳性症状和阴性症状两类精神分裂症亚型分别与健康对照组相比 ,或两个亚型间比较 ,同样在DAT1基因多态性分布上无差异 (Z值小于 1.96 ,P >0 .0 5 )。结论 上海地区汉族人群中DAT1基因多态性与精神分裂症无遗传关联。Objective To investigate the relationship between the minisatallite polymorphism of the dopamine transporter gene(DAT1)and schizophrenia and its subtypes.Methods The association between the minisatallite polymorphism of the DAT1 gene and schizophrenia in Shanghai Han population was analyzed by the Amp FLP technique.Results (1)Five alleles of the DAT1 gene were found as follows:360bp,400bp,440bp,480bp and 520bp.The most common allele was 480bp.(2)There were no significant differences in the distributions of the alleles and the genotypes of the DAT1 gene between the schizophrenic patients and the healthy controls( Z <1.96, P >0.05).(3)There were no significant differences in the distributions between the positive symptom group or the negative symptom group and the healthy controls,neither between the positive group and the negative group( Z <1.96, P >0.05).Conclusion There isn’t significant association between the DAT1 gene and schizophrenia in Shanghai Han population.
