对精神分裂症患者注视识别的对照研究

摘　　要：旨在研究精神分裂症患者的注视识别。方法　以对图片识别的敏感性、特异性、阳性偏差和总正确数为指标 ,评价精神分裂症患者 ;分型前后分别与对照组对比 ,并观察治疗前后的变化。结果　与对照组比较 ,精神分裂症患者注视识别的特异性分 ,总正确数有显著差异 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;分型比较两型间敏感性分差异亦明显 (P <0 .0 1) ;偏执型与对照组上述差异更大 ,阳性偏差分也表现出明显差异。结论　精神分裂症患者存在注视识别的缺陷。Objective To study gaze discrimination in patients with schizophrenia.Method Used specificity,sensitivity,positive bias and total number of correct of gaze discrimination as index to compare the patients with schizophrenia with control befor and after classified into two types(paranoid and non paranoid),and observated the change of pre and post treatment in patients.Results Significant differences emerged between the two groups for gaze discrimination specificity score,total number of correct scores( P <0.001),this differences further enlarged between paranoid type and control after classified,significant difference also emerged for positive bias score and between two type of schizophrenia for sensitivity score.Conclusion There was defect of gaze discrimination in schizophrenia.
