摘 要:目的探讨临床护士职业压力与工作疲劳相关性,为缓解护士的疲劳现状采取相应措施。方法采用工作压力源量表和疲劳量表-14对194名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果临床护士的工作压力较大,得分为(2.77±0.59)分,主要为工作量及时间分配、患者护理、工作环境及资源等的问题;临床护士总体疲劳水平较高,得分为(8.47±2.02)分,其中年龄在31~40岁的护士、已婚、本科学历及主管护师职称的护士疲劳程度较高(P<0.01);相关分析显示临床护士的工作疲劳与工作压力呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论护理管理者应从管理角度减少或消除临床护士工作压力源,并对临床护士进行减轻工作压力的训练,从而减轻其疲劳程度。Objective To explore the relationship between job stress and fatigue among nurses, so as to provide basis for taking appropriate measures to alleviate the fatigue status of nurses. Method Nurses'Job Stressor Scale and Fatigue Scale - 14 were used to investigate 194 clinical nurses. Results The in- volved nurses had a higher level of job stress,score was (2.77 ±0.59) ,especially in the aspects of workload and time distribution,patient care,work environment and resources, and so on. The degree of fatigue was also higher ( 8.47 ± 2.02 ), and the fatigue degree of the nurses aged from 31 years - old to 40 years - old, married nurses, nurses with undergraduate degree and intermediate professional title were higher. Correlation analysis showed that fatigue was postively corre- lated with job stress (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Nursing mangers should reduce or eliminate job stress and implement training about how to reduce the job stress among nurses, so as to reduce the fatigue of nurses.
