奥威尔脱敏剂治疗超声洁治后牙本质过敏的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的对比观察洁治后用奥威尔牙齿脱敏剂抛光、涂擦牙面,对洁治后牙本质过敏的治疗作用。方法将2009年8月-2010年7月超声洁治术后出现牙本质过敏患者354例随机分为3组,每组118例;分别用奥威尔脱敏剂、专效抗敏牙膏、普通牙膏于洁治后抛光、涂擦牙面进行脱敏治疗,分别于抛光脱敏后即刻及治疗后1周,检测牙面敏感度与洁治后即刻比较。结果奥威尔脱敏剂抛光组治疗后即刻有效率高于其他2组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),1周复查时3组有效率均有提高但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组患者均无明显不良反应发生。结论奥威尔脱敏剂治疗超声洁治后牙本质过敏效果满意。Objective To observe the effects of polishing and rubbing tooth surface with oravive tooth revitalizing paste in treatment of dentin hypersensitivity after scaling. Methods A total of 354 dentin hypersensitivity patients from August 2009 to July 2010 were randomly divided into three groups with 118 cases in each group. Oravive tooth revitalizing paste, special effect anti -allergic toothpaste, ordinary toothpaste were used respectively to polish tooth surface. Tooth surface sensitivity was detected and contrasted immediately and a week after desensitization treatment respectively. Results Immediate effective rate of oravive tooth revitalizing paste polishing treatment was higher than the other two groups. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The effective rate of the three groups was increased a week after treatment but no significant difference existed among the 3 groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. There were no obvious adverse reactions in the 3 groups. Conclusion The effect of oravive tooth revitalizing paste is satisfied in the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity after ultrasonic scaling.
