摘　　要：PLK1是一类高度保守的丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶。PLK1与不同细胞周期检查点的精密调控有关,其在细胞有丝分裂进程中的重要作用已被阐明。PLK1在增殖活跃的细胞中呈高水平表达,PLK1的高度表达和肿瘤患者的低存活率之间具有相关性;PLK1有可能成为肿瘤分子靶向治疗中的有效靶点。PLK1 is a class of highly conserved serine/threonine protein kinases. This type of kinases is closely concerned with the sophisticated regulation/control in different checkpoints of cell cycles, and its considerable significance in the mitosis progress of cells has been demonstratively clarified. Recent research has detected that PLK1 presented its high level expression among proliferated and activated cells. The significantly statistical interdependence between the high level expression of PLK1 and the low survival rate of tumor patients has also been shown through the recent research. PLK1 may possibly become the effective medical treatment for oncotherapy and immunotherapy in the future.
