摘  要:目的评估护生对学习环境的感知,为改善护理教育环境提供依据。方法采用医学教育环境测量工具对343名护生进行护理专业教育环境调查。结果教育环境总分(132.16±18.06)分,护生对总体教育环境比较满意。结论护理教育环境处于较好层次,在教育教学中只有发挥教育环境中的教师知识丰富、师生关系良好、教学制度完善等优势,克服不利因素,才能营造一个优良的护理专业教育环境。Objective To evaluate the cognition of student nurses for academic environment, and provide the reference for improving nursing education environment. Methods The medical education environment measuring tool was adopted to investigate 343 student nurses for education environment of nursing professional. Results Education environment scored 132. 16 + 18. 06 , students nurses were satisfied with education environment overall. Conclusions Nursing education environment was at a good level, in the teaching rich knowledge of teacher, good teacher - student relationship, perfect teaching system should be made good use to build a good nursing education environment.
