摘 要:常规栽培双孢菇用稻草作栽培主料,该研究以高粱壳作主料栽培双孢菇获得成功。培育的双孢菇其出菇期、采菇潮数、出菇率均明显优于常规栽培法。前者的粗蛋白、粗纤维、脂肪、碳水化合物分别为40.3%、5.9%、3.3%、31.2%,各项品质指标均优于常规栽培法,达到优质菇品质指标,现已走向产业化之路。The cultivation of conventional Agaricusbisporus uses the straw for the main cultivating nourishment. The re search uses Sorghum hull for the main cultivating nourishment and have obtained success.Bythis way, its mushroom time, picking, mushroom rate are improver than the conventional cultivation. Agaricusbisporus using vinegar dregs for noarish ment are better than the conventional cultivation in thick pro, crude fiber, fat, carbohydrate, its contents are 40.3%, 5.9%, 3.3%, 31.2%, each quality targer attinedthe high quality target, now the cultivation using vinegar dregs for the main nourishment has moved towardsthe road of industry.
